Philosophies, theories and principals of Educationists who have immensely contributed towards education were assigned to the teachers to study. The teachers were asked to document their studies in the form of study journals. The educationists identified for this exercise were – Jean Piaget, Maria Montessori, Fredrick Frobel, Rudolf Steiner, Jean Rousseau, Lev Vyagotsky, Tarabai Modak, Gijubhai Badheka and Anutai Wagh.
